EZCAM Help |
Located directly above the buttons we've just talked about is the spreadsheet. We've purposely hidden it from view in order to maximize your work area. The spreadsheet is organized into twenty columns. Each column contains valuable machining data which you can edit locally or globally.
The spreadsheet is important to you because it is the only place in EZ-CAM in which you can activate/deactivate or delete previously defined Work Steps. The spreadsheet's ability to deactivate Work Steps gives you more flexibility when posting your work. You now have complete control during the posting process. You decide which Work Steps to post and the order in which they should be posted.
The spreadsheet is always there when you need it. One way of making the spreadsheet visible is to select the Show spreadsheet command from the Machining menu. Another way would be to add the Spreadsheet button to your existing screen layout. We're going to show you how to make the spreadsheet visible without selecting a menu command or clicking a button.
Place your cursor just above the screen prompt.
When the mouse pointer changes to
, drag it up to the
position you want.
The spreadsheet is like a window shade. Pull it up when you need it and pull it down when you don't.
