This command allows you to deactivate or activate individual Work Steps or a block of Work Steps. In the spreadsheet, you can easily recognize a deactivated Work Step because it is displayed in a light gray color. In the example below, work step 3 and 4 have been deactivated.
You can still make changes to a deactivated Work Step just as you can for any active Work Step. The difference lies in what will be displayed when you verify the tool path. Only those Work Steps which are active will be displayed during the verification process. In addition, inactive Work Steps are ignored during post processing.
