Copy Work Step (Spreadsheet Command)

This command is used in conjunction with "Paste Work Step" to insert a copy of an existing Work Step into the spreadsheet. When the Work Step is pasted into the spreadsheet, the Work Step ID is changed to avoid duplicate entries. An asterisk is placed before the Work Step ID to indicate that it has been copied into the spreadsheet. If the same Work Step is copied more than once into the spreadsheet, then additional asterisks are placed before the Work Step ID.

 

 

To copy a Work Step:

  1. Select the desired Work Step from the spreadsheet.

  2. Right-click the mouse to open the command menu.

  3. Click the Copy Work Step command.
