Fill Down

This command enables you to copy data from one or more cells, downwards into successive rows in the spreadsheet.

In the example below you can see that five segments are defined. We wish to copy the wire diameter of 0,25 in the first segment into the segments 2 to 5 inclusive.

Click and hold the left hand mouse button on the cell that is to be copied and drag the cursor downwards until all the cells that need to be changed are highlighted.

Call the spreadsheet menu by clicking on the yellow arrow. When the menu is displayed, select the command Fill Down. All the marked cells will be changed to match the first one.
