Page Setup...

This command activates the Page Setup dialog box. You can specify a header and footer, margins, page order, display options, print options, and scaling factors for your spreadsheet data. Listed below are descriptions of each portion of the dialog box.

  

 

 

Header

The default setting for this field is "&A". This code will generate the name of the file in the header when you print. You may type any relevant information which you want displayed in the header. The current setting is stored when exiting the software.

 

Footer

The default setting for this field is "Page &P". This code will generate the page number of the file in the footer when you print. You may type any relevant information which you want displayed in the footer. The current setting is stored when exiting the software.

 

Margins

This portion of the dialog box is used to specify the top, bottom, left, and right margins of your page.

 

Page Order

This portion of the dialog box is used to specify the page order. You can specify either top to bottom or left to right.

 

Center

You may center your spreadsheet data horizontally or vertically. If you want the data to be centered to the page, select both options.

 

Print Options

There are four printing options which you can specify: grid lines, black & white, row heading, and column heading.

 

Scale

This portion of the dialog box controls how your data will be printed. The "Fit to Page(s)" field looks at all of your data and determines the largest font size and layout possible. The "Pages Wide" field allows you to specify how many pages wide you want the spreadsheet data to appear. The "Pages High" field has a default setting of 99, which allows a maximum of 99 pages to be printed. If you want the spreadsheet data to be larger or smaller than its original size, you may specify a scale factor.
