Paste

This command inserts the contents of the Windows clipboard into the spreadsheet at the selected position. The way in which the data is inserted is dependent upon the selected position within the spreadsheet.

1. If the selected position within the spreadsheet is a single cell, the data from the clipboard inserted starting at this position.

2. If there are insufficient available cells within the spread to contain all the data, only that amount will be inserted until all the cells are filled.

3. If there are more available cells within the spreadsheet than data in the clipboard, the data from the clipboard will be repeated until all the spreadsheet cells are filled.

Note

The data that is to be pasted must match with the data type of the selected cells..

Important !

This command is NOT intended for pasting complete machining segments. The Spreadsheet columns show only a selection of the parameters and options for a machining segment. If you use this Paste command you will paste only those that are visible. To paste a complete machining segment with all parameters etc. use the Paste Work Step command.
