Paste Work Step

The Paste Work Step command inserts a Work Step into the spreadsheet. The Work Step is always pasted into the row above the active cell or highlighted row. See Cut Work Step or Copy Work Step for more information.

 

 

To paste a Work Step:

  1. Select the desired insertion point.

  2. Right-click the mouse.

  3. Click Paste Work Step.

 

Tip

If you want the Work Step to be pasted as the last entry in the spreadsheet, click anywhere within the Total row.
 

The Spreadsheet supports mathematic expressions in any of the numeric entry fields.
