Renaming Column Headers

Although you can't add or delete columns in the spreadsheet, you can change the names of the column headers. As you can see in the illustration below, five Work Steps have been defined. In this example, we are going to change the name of the column header from "Dia" to Diameter.

The first step is to double click on the column header "Dia".

In the Header Name dialog box, type name "Diameter". Click OK.

You'll notice that the name has changed, but the column needs to be resized to reflect the new name. See Resizing Columns for more information.
