Resizing Columns

The spreadsheet provides you with a great deal of flexibility when it comes to screen display. You can control how the information is displayed in the spreadsheet by varying the widths of columns to accommodate the information contained within the respective cells. Individual cells can not be resized.

To resize a column:

  1. Place your cursor on the desired column heading.

  2. Move the cursor to the left or right until it changes to a double-headed arrow.

  3. Holding the mouse button down, drag the column to the desired width.
