Sorting Active Work Steps

Once you've deactivated a number of Work Steps, you may find it easier to sort the active Work Steps from the inactive Work Steps. This spreadsheet feature allows you to group the active Work Steps. You can sort the active Work Steps from the inactive Work Steps with one spreadsheet menu command: Sort Active

As you can see in the illustration below, five Work Steps have been defined. Each has its own Cycle Type and Path ID. You will also notice that Step2 and Step4 have been deactivated. In this example, we are going to sort the active Work Steps from the inactive Work Steps.

To sort the active Work Steps, you need to activate the spreadsheet menu. You can activate the spreadsheet menu by clicking on the yellow arrow or right-clicking on the mouse. Either way, once you have activated the menu, select the Utilities submenu and click on the Sort Active command.
