Sorting Work Steps by Tool Number

This spreadsheet feature allows you to sort Work Steps according to tool number. You can sort the Work Steps according to tool number with one spreadsheet menu command: Sort by Tool Number

As you can see in the illustration below, five Work Steps have been defined. Each has its own Cycle Type and Path ID. You will also notice that Step2 and Step4 have been deactivated. In this example, we are going to sort the Work Steps by their tool number.

To sort the Work Steps by tool number, you need to activate the spreadsheet menu. You can activate the spreadsheet menu by clicking on the yellow arrow or right-clicking on the mouse. Either way, once you have activated the menu, select the Utilities submenu and click on the Sort by Tool Number command.

And there you have it! The Work Steps have been sorted by their tool number.
