Copy & Indexing

The example below explains how to use the indexing function to copy and index tool path's. It is a regular contouring Work Step with a single curve "Crv1" assigned for machining. "UCS1"has been created at the same Z level of the machined curve and was assigned as the machining coordinate system. Please remind that the index copies are displayed only when verifying the tool path using the Verify command.

 

Copies = 3

(Total number of index copies)

Angle = 90

(Incremental copy angle, rotation in positive direction)

Start Angle = 0

(Absolute angle of the first index copy)
