This command opens a dialogue for the input of a curve name. You can either accept the name that is automatically generated or input your own name of up to 64 alpha-numeric characters. The first curve name generated is Crv1, further curve names are incremented by 1 e. g. Crv2, Crv3 etc. Once the dialog is closed the name is displayed automatically in the Current Curve Status Bar at the bottom of the screen. The definition of the curve, either by defining elements or by chaining geometric elements can then begin.
