Verify Mode

The Verify Mode is used in conjunction with group commands such as Delete, and Blank, etc. The option has the effect of requiring you to confirm a command before it is carried out. This option acts like a switch, by selection it is switched on, by a further selection it is switched off. When the function is active a tick is shown next to it on the menu.

Commands are applied immediately upon the elements that have been selected before. If the

Verify Mode ON:

Selected elements are only highlighted (displayed in dotted style or different color) and no action is carried out until the <ENTER> key is pressed.

Note

Especially when multiple elements need to be selected it is recommended to turn the Verify mode to ON. This allows multiple attempts to select the desired elements before the previously selected command is started with the <ENTER> key.
