Auto Setup (MILL)

If a solid/surface model exists, XY extents of the stock will be set to surround the model.  If only wire-frame/curve geometry is present, then Auto Setup will create a stock based on the curve extents.

Regardless of whether there are surfaces or only Curves, the upper Z will be set to the absolute highest Z Surface specified in the Work Step.

If surfaces exist then the lower Z of the stock should be equal to the lowest Z of the surfaces, excluding those named “fixturesrfx”. If no surfaces exist, then the lower Z of the stock should be equal to the absolute lowest Z Depth specified in the Work Step.
