This command enables you to reset the origin and direction of World Coordinate System (WCS) or the currently activated User Coordinate System (USC). You will be expected to define three points (via the input field or on the screen via the cursor). The first point defines the origin (zero position), the second point the orientation of the X-axis and the third point the direction of the Y axis. If you wish to move a UCS to new position without changing the direction, define the same point three times.
Procedure:
If you want to create/define a new UCS, select the New UCS command from the View Menu. Otherwise use the UCS - Selection Button status button to select an existing one from the screen or selection list box.
Select the World/UCS, three Points command.
Define the three points required for the new orientation and center.
