EZCAM Help |
The holemaking cycles allow the depth of each hole to be controlled by one or more selected surfaces. Each hole position is plunged until the tool contacts the surface. A surface allowance can be optionally used to keep the tool away from the surface by a specified amount. This capability allows many multi depth holes to be drilled in one work step, and is particularly useful for drilling start holes or removing large amounts of material using several hole operations prior to roughing.
