This setting allows to specify a number that corresponds to the offset register in the controls memory where the cutter compensation value is stored. You may enter a default number to be associated with each tool. This is useful if you leave a tool in an assigned carousel position and will always use the same compensation number for it. It is not required if compensation is not used in the program and has no effect on the calculated tool path in EZ-CAM.
