Cycle: Contouring, Pocketing, Zig-Zag
This setting is used to project any toolpath onto a virtual cone that is specified by the defined conic angle. The center of the cone is located at the X0, Y0, Z0 location of the World coordinate system. The main radius on the left side at the YZ plane is defined by the work step's Z Surface setting while the conic angle specifies the conic outline.

Normally this option is used to machine curves that have already been wrapped around a cone surface using an external application providing this special functionality. The profiles are then imported using one of EZCAM's CAD Import options. Then simply create a regular work step, activate wrapping and define the same conic angle as was used in the external application.

Note
Always ensure that the Projection setting on the 3D Cycle Data dialog is not set to 3D (default "Facet" is ok) in combination with conic angle wrapping.
