Cycle: Contouring
When contouring wrapped profiles in combination with offsetting the tool to the left or right, the centerline of the tool is normally aligned with the center of the rotation axis (default). As a result of this there is a slight undercut area along the border of the profile. To prevent this, activating the 'Radial Side Walls' option forces the system to offset the tool to ensure that the sidewalls of the machined profile are vertically aligned to the center of rotation.

Post-Processors created for EZ-MILL v13 and earlier do not support this option. Please contact your local dealer or the EZCAM Support to get your post updated.
Do not activate automatic toolradius compensation (Cutter Comp, G41/42) since this is not supported when wrapping.
