Thread Cycle

This cycle is actually two types of threading cycles in one. One cycle sets the first and second step, the other cycle controls the output by the number of steps that are specified.

For the first type, the system calculates the number of steps via the assigned parameters to: Step1, Step2 and Min- Infeed. The Z Lead parameter is used to display the thread and default depth. When entering the Lead, the thread Depth is automatically calculated based on a 60 degree thread form. The calculated Depth can then be used as is, or modified if desired.
