Depending on the selected cycle, there are several ways to access the data of an existing Work Step for editing.
Standard Cycles (Mill & Turn)
Work Steps that use one of the standard machining cycles are edited by using the Work Step Data dialog that can be opened several ways. Normally you double-click the desired Work Step in the Selection List Box to open the dialog with the data of the selected Work Step already loaded. Alternatively you can use the Work Step Data... command from the Machining menu or the Work Step Selection button to open the dialog with the data of the current Work Step. Once the dialog is open, you can change the current Work Step by using the Work Step ID list box at the top.

Extended Cycles (Mill & Turn)
The main difference between standard and extended cycles is the fact that extended cycles need an additional dialog to display some specific settings that are not available on the regular Work Step Data dialog. This additional dialog is called the "Feature Dialog". To access this dialog, simply double-click the desired Work Step in the Selection List Box. From there you can use the "Work Step Data" button to continue editing settings on the regular Work Step Data dialog. When using the Work Step Data... command from the Machining menu or the Work Step Selection button, you can only open the regular Work Step Data dialog with no access to the feature specific parameters.

Important |
When changing the cycle of the current Work Step by using the cycle list box on the Work Step Data dialog, any feature specific (extended cycle) settings are reset to their default values. |

Extended TurnMill Cycles (Turn)
The TurnMill cycles have been added to provide milling & drilling functionality to the regular turn environment. As they don't use any turn cycle settings, they all use their own, feature specific, dialogs. Handling is very much the same as with the standard cycles.
