Here are some possible cases for this error message: 1. Rather than trying to open ez-cam file directly by clicking on it open ezcam application first and then load the file via Open command. 2. Uninstall ez-cam and then reinstall as Administrator. 3. Rename any worksteps with non-standard ASCII characters. |
